报告题目:Multiwavelength view of Jetted AGNs
 
摘要:Jetted AGNs are among the most energetic phenomena in the universe. Investigation of their multiwavelength variability properties not only shed light on the physical processes of the AGN jets but also provide important information of evolution of the universe. Here I present an introduction of our recent studies on Fermi blazars, including the discovery of gamma-ray emission from radio intermediate quasar (III Zw 2), detecting fast gamma-ray variability in blazars beyond redshift 3, quasi-simultaneous variability between the broad-line emission and jet emission in 3C 345 and two cases of possible gamma-ray quasi-periodic modulations in PKS 0426–380 and PKS 2155-304. I also introduce our investigations on gamma-ray mis-aligned AGNs, such as detections of gamma-ray emission from strongly lobe-dominated quasar 3C 275.1 as well as two steep radio spectrum NLS1s.
 
个人简介:
廖能惠博士于2014年7月博士毕业于云南天文台,导师为白金明研究员,2014年至2016年于紫金山天文台暗物质与空间研究室进行博士后研究,2016年底留台工作,感兴趣的方向包括伽玛射线天文,活动星系核,相对论性喷流等。
